I’m Johnny Williams, builder of Hudson House, one of the entries in this year’s show. The show will feature the new St. James Place, a gated 12-lot subdivision on Forest Hill Irene in Germantown.

The show homes will be a minimum of 4,500 square feet and priced from $675,000 to $750,000.

All of the builders in this year’s show have lots available in the subdivision. The homes will have people available to answer any questions you might have. The VESTA Home Show, which is presented by The West Tennessee Home Builders Association, features six state-of-the-art homes in Chapel Cove, Germantown’s newest community. California Closets of Memphis partnered with home builder Ryan Anderson with RKA Construction for the closet install featured in his custom home design.
